For over 50 years woven polypropylene ginseng fabric has provided the ideal environment for the delicate ginseng root. Our lathe leno construction is designed to simulate wooden slats while providing a constant and accurate shade factor with superior ventilation. Woven fabricated shade panels enables contractors to build larger and taller shade structures. The result is less labor, superior ventilation, improved irrigation and drainage. Over a four year period, woven shade will require less maintenance as opposed to a wooden slat structure. At the conclusion of the growing cycle, polypropylene shade panels are much easier to dismantle and relocate to a new growing area. Under normal conditions, woven polypropylene ginseng fabric will provide a grower an average of 3 to 4 growing seasons. Polypropylene resists mildew, will not rot and is resistant to most hort/ag chemicals.
