Woven Tan/Black tree wrap is specifically engineered to protect full grown mature trees and foliage that will be transported on flat beds to various destinations. New shopping malls, apartment complexes, office parks and newly developed recreational habitats are just a few of the venues that full grown mature trees are transported to. Our tan/black construction is designed to provide maximum protection from wind burn, while providing a cooler temperature, as opposed to a solid black fabric. It is not uncommon for a wrapped tree to sit at a job site for many hours and in some cases days before it is finally planted. We strongly advise contractors to ensure that all transported trees be unwrapped and planted as soon as they arrive at the job site. If the trees cannot be planted in a timely manner remove the wrapping and store the trees in a cool sheltered area, not exposed to direct sun.
